This is especially important if your purchase is time sensitive. By determining an estimated delivery date, you can then select the shipping method that will best ensure your package gets to the desired location in time. Due to the dimensions of some products, ground shipping may be the only shipping method available. Shipping time is measured from when your order leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your location. All prices quoted on our website are in US dollars and are valid only in the United States. 1 Stop Marine Shop reserves the rights to change prices, terms, specifications and warranties for products on this internet site at any time without prior notice. 1 Stop Marine Shop endeavors to post accurate information, but mistakes can sometimes be made, and any errors in product specifications, descriptions and pricing are subject to correction by 1 Stop Marine Shop. We reserve sole discretion over the acceptance of orders, and may reject any order that is not consistent with the requirements of these terms & conditions or our merchandising policies. Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a limited 30-Day Money Back Guarantee and Return policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products or if you orered the wrong product, you can return it for replacement or refund only after notifying us of the reason and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without the proper RMA will be refused and returned to sender. Refunds or replacements for any carefully opened, unused merchandise in original condition and in their original boxes or packages, deemed Saleable" may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the order date. The returned item must be in the original factory packaging with all paperwork and accessories intact. We strongly recommend that you exersize caution when opening boxes as torn or damaged packaging can impact the item's returnability. We will refund the product price only. Inbound and outbound shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders cancelled prior to shipment will incur a nominal charge for handling and processing. Orders that received discounted or free shipping will be charged for initial shipping cost as well as returning shipping cost. Items that have been installed, used or tested in any way, cannot be returned. If an RMA is issued for an item that was mis-represented by the purchaser as "new & unused" the item will be returned to the purchaser and no refund of any kind will be issued. Items that are deemed defective should not be returned to our store as they fall under the manufacturer's product warranty. If a defective item is returned to our store a 20% handling charge will be assessed for processing a warranty claim on your behalf. Anchor Rodes and/or Special Order items may not be returned. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Items requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer. Many of our product are drop shipped directly from our suppliers/manufacturers and are not cancellable and/or returnable subject to the discretion of the respective manufacturer. Certain restocking fees up to 20% may be applicable and vary by manufacturer. Ship times indicated for any product item is based on information supplied by the manufacturer and often represents "typical" turnaround time. However, products may ship immediately or before the "typical time" indicated. Goods that have shipped may not be cancelled.
